What is Supermedal?

Supermedal is a place to record your real personal achievements, backed by proof. You chat about something you've done, and Supermedal helps recognize it, awards medals when you've met what an achievement requires, and writes a short story to celebrate it.

How do I get an invite?

Supermedal is currently in invite-only private beta. You can request access by joining the waitlist from the Supermedal homepage, and you'll need an invitation code to create an account. If a friend invited you, enter the code they shared during sign-up.

How does proof and verification work?

As you chat about an achievement, you can attach photos or other details as proof. Supermedal's AI reviews your conversation and proof against what each medal requires. When the requirements are met, it grants the medal — sometimes with human review for special cases. Grants aren't guaranteed, and we may review or correct them.

Does Supermedal use AI? What happens to my messages and photos?

Yes. Supermedal uses AI to power chat and to recognize and evaluate achievements. To do this, the content of your chat — including your messages and any photos you attach — is sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, for processing. Please avoid sharing sensitive information you don't want processed by an AI service. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can ask us to delete your account and personal information by emailing support@supermedal.com. Because we're in early beta, deletion is handled manually for now; self-service deletion will follow. See the “Data Retention” and “Your Choices and Rights” sections of our Privacy Policy.
